Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Maison D'or website (the "Site") and the contractor portal operated by Maison D'or Interiors LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE (Trade Licence DED-000000). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Quote requests

A quote request submitted through the Site is an enquiry only and does not form a binding contract. Any project will be governed by a separate written agreement signed between you and the appointed contractor.

2. Contractor portal

Access is restricted to approved contractors. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, submit dishonest quotes or attempt to bypass platform commission.

3. Commission

Contractors agree to pay the platform commission stated when a lead is awarded. Circumventing the platform to engage a customer introduced through Maison D'or is a material breach.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering or automated access.
• No uploading of unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• No attempt to access another user's account or data.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, imagery, logo, design) is owned by Maison D'or or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Project photography on the portfolio remains the property of Maison D'or.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Maison D'or is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE. The Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
